Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 990,635 and represented 18.30% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (90.08K), followed by Pierce (44.05K), and Snohomish (17.25K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.68%), followed by King (5.88%), and Snohomish (3.00%).
