Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 998,375 and represented 18.19% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (92.90K), followed by Pierce (45.50K), and Snohomish (17.95K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.80%), followed by King (6.01%), and Snohomish (3.09%).
