Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 989,960 and represented 17.73% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (96.16K), followed by Pierce (47.16K), and Snohomish (19.69K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.97%), followed by King (6.15%), and Snohomish (3.36%).
