Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,303,064 and represented 18.11% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (131.82K), followed by Pierce (62.06K), and Snohomish (26.31K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (7.00%), followed by King (6.66%), and Snohomish (3.44%).
