Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,311,185 and represented 18.37% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (128.00K), followed by Pierce (59.71K), and Snohomish (25.11K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.77%), followed by King (6.52%), and Snohomish (3.31%).
