Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 993,790 and represented 18.01% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (93.72K), followed by Pierce (45.86K), and Snohomish (18.39K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.83%), followed by King (6.06%), and Snohomish (3.17%).
