Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 972,205 and represented 18.19% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (88.60K), followed by Pierce (43.21K), and Snohomish (16.45K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.67%), followed by King (5.81%), and Thurston (3.00%).
