Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Delaware citizen voting-age population was 646.48K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (471.47K) and constituted 72.93% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (127.75K) and constituted 19.76% of the total.
