Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Delaware citizen voting-age population was 764.11K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (505.73K) and constituted 66.19% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (161.28K) and constituted 21.11% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (52.33K), constituting 6.85% of the total citizen voting-age population.
