Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Delaware citizen voting-age population was 723.16K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (496.74K) and constituted 68.69% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (152.14K) and constituted 21.04% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (40.24K), constituting 5.56% of the total citizen voting-age population.
