Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Delaware citizen voting-age population was 733.79K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (499.89K) and constituted 68.12% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (154.70K) and constituted 21.08% of the total.
