Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 45,110 and represented 0.20% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (1.90M), followed by San Bernardino (438.89K), and San Diego (421.89K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (69.31%), followed by Tulare (42.75%), and San Benito (41.74%).
