Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 45,110 and represented 2.02% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (9.14K), followed by Scott (4.14K), and Woodbury (3.79K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.99%), followed by Muscatine (8.57%), and Louisa (7.12%).
