Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 45,110 and represented 1.40% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.83K), followed by Fayette (3.70K), and Hardin (2.64K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (3.98%), followed by Hardin (3.54%), and Gallatin (3.38%).
