Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 45,110 and represented 0.67% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.53K), followed by Wake (18.73K), and Cumberland (14.95K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.42%), followed by Cumberland (6.68%), and Hoke (6.59%).
