Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 45,110 and represented 0.47% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (102.33K), followed by Lehigh (31.78K), and Berks (29.75K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.64%), followed by Berks (9.97%), and Monroe (9.65%).
