Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 889,640 and represented 18.99% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (158.37K), followed by Lake (86.42K), and Allen (27.16K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.34%), followed by Lake (24.43%), and St. Joseph (11.02%).
