Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,506,185 and represented 26.28% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (806.65K), followed by Montgomery (491.89K), and Philadelphia (467.33K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.60%), followed by Elk (98.52%), and Jefferson (98.33%).
