Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,245,335 and represented 34.49% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (105.61K), followed by Tulsa (61.00K), and Comanche (19.96K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.73%), followed by Oklahoma (15.81%), and Muskogee (11.37%).
