Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 902,495 and represented 33.43% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (73.92K), followed by Tulsa (41.58K), and Comanche (14.46K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.25%), followed by Oklahoma (15.02%), and Muskogee (11.12%).
