Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,245,335 and represented 19.90% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (101.38K), followed by Pierce (51.01K), and Snohomish (13.50K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.70%), followed by King (5.85%), and Kitsap (2.67%).
