Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,191,405 and represented 25.88% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (978.57K), followed by Montgomery (625.59K), and Philadelphia (545.34K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.21%), followed by Elk (98.11%), and Jefferson (97.98%).
