Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,518,805 and represented 26.26% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (807.16K), followed by Montgomery (493.34K), and Philadelphia (468.49K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.41%), followed by Elk (98.27%), and Jefferson (98.24%).
