The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (652.49K) and constituted 85.15% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (52.91K) and constituted 6.90% of the total.
