Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 49,150 and represented 0.21% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (1.98M), followed by San Bernardino (461.80K), and San Diego (446.10K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (70.29%), followed by Tulare (43.82%), and San Benito (43.39%).
