Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 49,150 and represented 2.19% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (10.02K), followed by Scott (4.45K), and Woodbury (3.89K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.54%), followed by Muscatine (9.04%), and Louisa (7.77%).
