Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 49,150 and represented 0.51% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (106.07K), followed by Lehigh (33.89K), and Berks (30.99K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (13.34%), followed by Berks (10.34%), and Monroe (10.29%).
