Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 902,495 and represented 19.15% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (161.38K), followed by Lake (86.72K), and Allen (27.39K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.66%), followed by Lake (24.49%), and St. Joseph (11.19%).
