Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 902,495 and represented 9.41% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (458.30K), followed by Allegheny (112.50K), and Delaware (69.78K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (41.80%), followed by Forest (18.39%), and Delaware (17.09%).
