Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,518,805 and represented 73.69% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (246.74K), followed by Charleston (179.64K), and Horry (171.21K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (90.22%), followed by Oconee (89.89%), and Horry (83.39%).
