Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (278.07K), followed by Horry (224.54K), and Charleston (218.36K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (88.37%), followed by Oconee (87.81%), and Horry (82.89%).
