Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,600,675 and represented 67.79% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (277.92K), followed by Horry (225.25K), and Charleston (217.27K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (88.48%), followed by Oconee (87.78%), and Horry (82.73%).
