Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,606,270 and represented 66.17% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (283.20K), followed by Horry (241.33K), and Charleston (221.91K).

In terms of percentages, Oconee had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (88.19%), followed by Pickens (87.67%), and Horry (82.19%).
