Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen population for Washington was 6,333,155 and represented 92.87% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen population (1.76M), followed by Pierce (767.58K), and Snohomish (673.68K).
