Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 4,801,195 and represented 70.40% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.37M), followed by Pierce (574.57K), and Snohomish (505.59K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.54%), followed by Garfield (82.00%), and San Juan (81.69%).
