Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,516,700 and represented 71.27% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.55M), followed by Pierce (671.37K), and Snohomish (580.09K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.18%), followed by San Juan (83.90%), and Ferry (82.25%).
