Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,413,415 and represented 71.07% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.53M), followed by Pierce (659.71K), and Snohomish (574.17K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.33%), followed by San Juan (83.24%), and Ferry (81.81%).
