Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,488,695 and represented 71.39% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.55M), followed by Pierce (669.25K), and Snohomish (580.23K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.62%), followed by San Juan (83.72%), and Ferry (82.03%).
