Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,583,139 and represented 71.43% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.56M), followed by Pierce (676.96K), and Snohomish (585.93K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.99%), followed by San Juan (84.40%), and Clallam (82.44%).
