Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kansas was 115,585 and represented 4.22% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (51.33K), followed by Johnson (27.82K), and Wyandotte (26.52K).
