Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 53,180 and represented 2.62% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (24.71K), followed by Johnson (13.93K), and Wyandotte (11.28K).
