Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,251,565 and represented 10.13% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (627.04K), followed by Allegheny (155.97K), and Delaware (103.34K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.51%), followed by Delaware (19.31%), and Forest (18.02%).
