Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Oregon was 3,196,010 and represented 87.93% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (523.92K), followed by Washington (366.98K), and Clackamas (316.15K).
