Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Oregon was 3,190,265 and represented 80.58% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (550.64K), followed by Washington (378.64K), and Clackamas (334.54K).
