Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Oregon was 3,246,485 and represented 81.31% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (547.39K), followed by Washington (375.10K), and Clackamas (335.01K).
