Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,196,010 and represented 25.86% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (977.45K), followed by Montgomery (625.30K), and Philadelphia (545.66K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.09%), followed by Elk (98.05%), and Jefferson (97.94%).
