Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,530,325 and represented 26.25% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (808.68K), followed by Montgomery (494.83K), and Philadelphia (468.86K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.52%), followed by Potter (98.34%), and Elk (98.30%).
