Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,363,640 and represented 67.34% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.54M), followed by Pima (700.28K), and Pinal (257.86K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.04%), followed by Gila (77.52%), and Mohave (76.26%).
