Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (608.72K), followed by Baltimore (594.97K), and Prince George's (569.09K).

In terms of percentages, Allegany had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.14%), followed by Somerset (81.14%), and Kent (80.13%).
