Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 4,388,180 and represented 71.37% of the total Maryland population.

Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (681.64K), followed by Prince George's (632.13K), and Baltimore (626.40K).

In terms of percentages, Kent had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.29%), followed by Allegany (81.96%), and Somerset (81.24%).
